Before bed, take two minutes to ask yourself three simple questions. It helps you end the day with calm instead of worry.
What went well today?
Even on rough days, something worked. A conversation, a meal, a moment of calm. Name it.
What did I learn?
Mistakes count. They teach you what to do differently. Write down one lesson.
What is one thing I will do tomorrow?
Pick one priority. It frees your mind so you can rest.
Do this for seven nights. Notice how your sleep and mood change.
Keep it gentle
Some nights the answers will be small. Maybe what went well was that you got through the day. That counts. Do not grade your answers, just give them.
You can say them out loud, write them on a card by the bed, or think them through in the dark. The format matters less than the habit.
Why it helps you sleep
A mind that is holding a pile of unfinished thoughts stays busy. Naming the good, the lesson, and tomorrow’s one priority gives those thoughts a place to land. Try it for a full week and see what changes. Many people end the day with a clearer head and a little more peace.
Make someone's day
Pass this on. One kind message can change a whole day. Then play a game that does some good.
