You do not need a complicated planner. One page is enough to make your week calmer and more focused. Take ten minutes on Sunday evening and fill it in.
1. Write your top three
What three things would make this week a win? Keep it short. Work, family, health or faith. Pick one each if you like.
2. Check your calendar
Note appointments, commitments and busy days. Seeing it all helps you plan realistically.
3. Choose one habit
Pick one small habit for the week. A ten minute walk, one prayer before bed or reading one page. Keep it tiny.
4. Plan one kind act
Who could you encourage this week? A call, a note, a meal or a small gift. Put it on the page.
5. Schedule rest
Write down when you will rest. A quiet hour, a Sabbath or a walk. Rest is part of the plan.
6. Review on Friday
On Friday, look at the page. What went well? What will you carry into next week? Celebrate the wins.
“Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established” (Proverbs 16:3).
Try this today
Grab a sheet of paper and write your top three for the week. That is already a great start.
