Are you as positive as you think you are? Most of us are somewhere in the middle, and that is a good place to start. Take this free two minute quiz, get your score and walk away with one simple thing to try this week.
There are eight questions. Go with your gut. Nobody sees your answers but you.
What your score means
8 to 14, Building Your Foundation. You may be in a tough season. Start with one tiny habit and give it a week.
15 to 21, Steady and Growing. You have a solid base. A few small habits can move you up quickly.
22 to 27, Strong and Positive. You bring good energy and bounce back. Keep lifting others.
28 to 32, A Light to Others. You lead with gratitude and people feel it. Keep sharing it.
Why this matters
Being positive is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about how you respond when it is not. That is a skill, and skills can be built with practice. Small habits like gratitude, kindness and a calm start to the morning add up faster than you think.

Read your result honestly
The score is not a grade. It is a snapshot of how you feel today. If it came out lower than you hoped, that is useful. You now know where to put your effort.
If it came out high, do not coast. Use that energy to lift someone else.
Pick one lever
Positivity tends to move with a few simple things: sleep, movement, the people around you and what you feed your mind. Choose one and improve it this week.
Small changes in one area often lift the others.
Retake it in a month
Keep your score somewhere. Retake the quiz in thirty days and compare. Change is slow and real.
You are doing better than you think. Let’s go.
