A calendar on the wall is a quiet coach. Here are five ways to use ours.
One: put it where you pass it every day, like the fridge or next to the coffee maker. Two: pick one habit and put a check on each day you do it. Do not try five at once.
Three: write the name of one person to thank on the last day of each month. Four: read the line for the month out loud on the first day. It sets the tone. Five: at the end of the month, look back and write one win, even a small one.
The Gratitude Journal works well with it. Five minutes a day, 52 weekly pages, and the calendar keeps you honest.
Both are free and print on regular paper.
Make someone's day
Pass this on. One kind message can change a whole day. Then play a game that does some good.
