Breathing Life Hack for Positive Phil

Feeling scattered? Try this 90-second reset to calm your system and flip your mindset—so you can get back to creating, leading, and living like Positive Phil.

🌬️ Step 1 — Breathe (60s)

Purpose: Settle your nervous system fast.

  • Shoulders down. Sit or stand tall.
  • Inhale through your nose for 4.
  • Hold for 4.
  • Exhale through your mouth for 6–8.
  • Repeat 3–5 rounds.

Quiet mantra: “In with calm… out with tension.”

💡 Step 2 — Reframe (60s)

Purpose: Change the story, change the state.

  1. Notice: What story am I telling myself?
  2. Name it: Frustration, fatigue, doubt—name it to tame it.
  3. Flip it: “What else could be true?” “What’s the next best action?”
  4. Affirm: “I can start fresh right now. I’m learning how to handle this.”

Say: “I choose to reset. I’m grounded, grateful, and ready.”

Seal it with one visible action—stretch, hydrate, or open the next task.
